1. MAIN PURPOSE

For acidizing, fracturing and water injection string.

2. MAIN STRUCTURE

The structure is composed of upper and lower joints, upper and lower rubber cylinder bases, central pipes and rubber cylinders.

3. WORKING PRINCIPLE

Setting: when setting, add hydraulic pressure into the oil pipe, and the hydraulic pressure enters the inner cavity of the rubber cylinder through the filter sleeve on the lower joint. Under the hydraulic pressure, the rubber cylinder expands outwards to seal the annular space of the oil sleeve. During the construction, the hydraulic pressure is kept above 1.3mpa. The packer is always set.

Unsealing: release the oil pipe pressure, and the rubber cylinder in the expanded state will be withdrawn and unsealed under the rubber elastic force.

4. TECHNICAL FEATURES

The rubber cylinder adopts double-layer high-strength imported steel wire as the framework and is vulcanized by molding, so that the rubber cylinder has higher strength and the ability of repeated expansion. The integrity of the central tube is preserved and the strength of the central tube is improved by changing the conventional feeding mode.
