Tower mechanical reversing vertical belt pumping unit
Main Advantages of belt pumping unit:
1. Slow, Long Strokes: Long stroke make high coefficient of fullness, less fluid pounding;Slow period means less wear on downhole equipments and little cost.
2. Belt Transmission: A long life heavy duty belt transmission can absorb the shock during stroke reverse, thus effectively reduce the stress on downhole components to make rod strings run smoothly.
3. Low Torque Demand: The torque demand is greatly reduced due to the short torque arm which is only 0.46m.
4. Optimum Structure Design, Safety and Convenience: Two sets of brake systems with the automatic braking device ensure the units safety absolutely
5. High Reliability and Low Maintenance: perfect rigidity through optimum design.
6. Auxiliary system is fairly complete, not only for high volume production, but also for deep wells low volume production.
